Clubs or individuals from the UK or abroad may affiliate themselves to the Halliwick AST. The benefits of doing so are explained below. If you wish to be affiliated, please print out, complete and return the relevant form together with your affiliation fee.

Once affiliated, you are free to use the expression: "affiliated to the Halliwick Association of Swimming Therapy" but NOT the logo Benefits of affiliation
The benefits of affiliation to the Halliwick AST are as follows:
	The opportunity for your club/group to be represented at Regional and National committees
	Receipt of National newsletters, keeping you in touch with other members of Halliwick AST
	Up-to-date information on new developments and new or updated publications.
	Priority application on training courses and often at reduced fees.
	Access to advice from people with expertise in various specialised fields.
	Access to Keyhaven Fund.
	The opportunity to enter Regional and National competitions.
	Information regarding national seminars on topics of interest.
	The opportunity to take advanced courses.
	Insurance at competitive rates.
	Exemption from licence fee to PPL (use of music) when playing original music. (Tapes, CDs etc)

Responsibilities of affiliation
Halliwick AST personnel work hard to support people who are using the Halliwick Concept. In return we ask you to:
	Publicise Halliwick AST meetings and courses to people within your area.
	Encourage people to attend meetings at Regional/National level.
	Inform us of your news and activities.

Possible benefits of affiliating through a region
	Visits by Regional representatives to your club/group. This may be to run seminars for your helpers/staff, give advice with particular difficulties in the pool, or to test for achievement badges or Halliwick Instructors Certificates.
	Loan of videos, books, trans-sit seats etc.
	Opportunity for regional social activities and fundraising.
